STEP Last Dollar Scholarship recipients, known as Scholars, must agree to the following:

• Sign and submit the Last Dollar Scholarship Award Letter.
• Have an email address and reliable access to the internet (at school, at home, or portable device).
• Work closely with assigned mentor using the online STEP Mentoring tools.
• Participate in a minimum of two hours of community service per academic year through Volunteer Mid-South.
• Remain in good academic standing at Southwest Tennessee Community College or the Tennessee Technology Center at Memphis in order to be eligible to receive a Last Dollar Scholarship each semester of the academic year that the scholarship covers.
• Reapply for funding for year two, if eligible.
