STEP is the post-secondary education initiative of Memphis and Shelby County designed to facilitate an increase in the number of post-secondary degrees and certificates earned by its residents. STEP offers programs that improve access to funding, mentoring, and pathways to a post-secondary education. STEP provides you a pipeline of support to help you complete your post-secondary education, enter our workforce, and contribute to the growth of our economy.
